Minneapolis, Minnesota - In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in 2012, Phillip S. Porter shares in his new book (A Property Manager's Guide To Home Disaster Preparedness & Inventory Management), thirteen reasons to accurately inventory the luxury estates, elegant vacation homes or yachts you manage or own!  This manual is based on Phillip's many years of home inventory experience as the President of Crystal Treasures, Inc. Home Inventory Services.  Mr. Porter merged his hands-on home inventory experience with his 15 years of corporate quality control, assurance and auditing management expertise, thus developing a successful national home inventory model.  His home inventory management model, has tested and been proven very effective with his clients.

The book, targets Private Service Managers and homeowners of luxury estates and illustrating a step by step emergency disaster preparedness and home inventory guide that prepares them for an unexpected, costly disaster.  In this material, you will learn:

·         The most effective method for inventorying, managing and tracking the contents of the home, estate, yacht, jet, etc.
·         What the insurance industry and local law enforcement agency requires when you file a claim after experiencing a loss.  With this knowledge, you should be able to file a more accurate insurance claim and police report.

Per the Insurance Information Institute, "creating and updating an inventory of your personal possessions is one of the best ways to make the most of your homeowners or renters insurance."  According to Phillip, "inventorying and maintaining an up to date inventory program for single or multiple large estates in different states can be a daunting task, thus recommends that property be professionally inventoried.  An up-to-date home inventory report is a priceless document when a disaster strikes.  The benefits you will learn in this book will assist you in becoming an even more valued property manager.
