Ben Carter's career path started with a full football scholarship to Alcorn State University where he not only met and played with some of today’s professional athletes, but also earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice.  He comes aboard, with a more than 13 years of hands-on experience and expertise including project management, team leadership, customer service and training development.  The addition of Benjamin Carter to our team is a significant step forward in achieving its mission to provide the finest residential property inventory services to the high net worth community including professional athletes locally, regionally and nationally. Job Description:
CTi is seeking a Private Client Home Inventory Consultant to join our executive home inventory team.  The Private Client Home Inventory Consultant is responsible for prospecting, quoting, selling home inventory services to high net worth clients in Minnesota.  This is a tremendous opportunity for a career change and/or be part of a growing new industry. This position reports to the Vice President of Client Services.

  • Territory is the state of Minnesota

Responsibilities:
  • Identify prospective clients and collect contact information for clients including but not limited to name(s), address, phone number(s) and email address
  • Schedule appointments, present home inventory presentation and review benefits with the prospective clients, strategic partners, etc.  
  • Conduct a walk-through of the property and make recommendations to the client
  • Provide client with a written sales home inventory proposal and close sale
  • When the client’s home inventory report is ready, present the report to the client
·         Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
  • Be the Company’s liaison with clients and the community
  • Attend networking meetings, community events, etc. as needed
  • Maintain a positive professional relationship with all clients
·         Backup Home Inventory Specialists as needed

Qualifications:
·         Minimum 4 year college degree. College education or equivalent
·         MBA or Certified Household Manager preferred
·         5+ years of successful experience in sales to high net worth clients required (personal insurance, real estate agent, financial advisor, residential property manager, corporate executive or wealth management sales strongly preferred)
·         Proven track record of closing high net worth clients
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills
·         Highly computer literate. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
